While some tax relief is available in Ohio, no tax filing extensions have been made for several other tax filing deadlines. According to the OH Dept. of Taxation, the state is not extending the due dates for business taxpayers to file tax returns or remit their tax payments for the following: commercial activity tax (CAT), sales and use tax, financial institutions tax (FIT), excise tax and employer withholding. All return and payment due dates remain unchanged.
