I’m Julie Smith with Harper and Co. as well. I’m the CEO, practice manager or the barista. Whatever you want me to be that day.
[00:00:17] Speaker1
What are you going to be today? Hi.
[00:00:18] Speaker2
Not the barista. It’s not very good today.
There you have it.
So, Glenn, what do you do?
[00:00:22] Speaker1
Well, as a fellow business owner, we work with, I work with our team, works with clients who basically want to be self-employed and be an entrepreneur. And there’s a decision has to be made at some point. Am I doing business which is doing the work or do I want to build a business for most clients that transition or that aha moment? Or what does that mean? We help them navigate that path. And what happens is that aha moment that they get when they realize they could build something that’s not just them, it’s a whole team doing it. It’s a little intimidating, and when it’s intimidating, they get scared of success. We want to be able to tell them it’s OK to be successful. Everybody else is doing it. Why can’t you? Our role is to help that business owner make that transition from doing
business to building a business and achieving the greatness they didn’t even know they had. We are doing this podcast because I believe that entrepreneurs are stuck in their own quantum of solace, and they need to hear from other fellow entrepreneurs that it is possible to exceed their expectations and grow their business and be the best they can be.
